We manually verify every order by BMW database to ensure it matches your vehicle perfectly.
Because our products are custom-generated specifically for your unique VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), our policy differs from standard retail stores. Please review how our order process works below.
Digital Orders (Download & Activation):

When you purchase a digital service, we generate a unique activation code locked to your BMW or Mini VIN.
- Instant Customization: Once we send the activation files or codes to your email, the product belongs to you permanently. It cannot be used on any other car.
- Order Finalization: For this reason, orders are considered final once the delivery email has been sent.
- Compatibility Guarantee: We validate your VIN before processing. If there is any discrepancy, we will reach out to you prior to generating the code to ensure you receive exactly what you need.
Pre-Loaded USB Shipping Orders:
If you choose our convenient USB Shipping option, we prepare a plug-and-play drive specifically for your vehicle’s system.
- Custom Assembly Process: To ensure fast delivery, we start preparing your order immediately. First, we generate your BMW or Mini unique FSC code. Next, we load the specific map data onto the USB drive.
- Why Orders Are Final: Since the unique code is created at the very beginning of this process, the order is considered final and non-refundable once it moves to “Processing” or a tracking link is generated.
- Hardware Warranty: If the USB drive shows up damaged or unable to be read, we will send you a free replacement. We want to make sure you have a working product.
